Just wanted to start a thread to see how many of us there are! Please give the following info in your post: Due date, what # child this is for you, did you/will you find out gender?

hey Katiev, Im not sure of my due date yet but if i was to have a normal delivery it would be November 30th, but mine will be a schedule c-section since i had a myomectomy done last October. This pregnancy is my first and my husband and I decided not to find out about the gender so it will definitely be a big surprise for us on that special day. Just can't wait, lol!!!

Hello Ladies!

I am due January 15th, (haven't had an ultrasound to confirm this date yet though,,,i think it's actually more like the 18th-20th). We haven't decided if we will learn the sex of the baby or not. One minute I want to, the next minute I want a surprise. I am 11 1/2 weeks now, and feeling great except for the tiredness. I'm so happy to share these exciting times with all you ladies!

According to the websites, I am due February 27, 2010. My first appointment is July 17th so we'll see what the doc has to say. This will be our one and only and we will definitely be finding out the gender.

I am due on Feb. 18th or so. (I will find out tomorrow more about that when I have my first u/s done)
This is baby # three for us. We have an 11 year old son and a 5 year old daughter.
I am sure we will probably find out the gender when the time comes. We have our own inner feelings already about what we think I am having but it's nice to know for sure....lol.

Hello,
I'm due Nov. 4, but am scheduled for a c-section on Oct. 28th. This is my third child, I have two boys, and we were told that we are having a girl this time. The boys are 17 and 8. My Dr. thinks I may go earlier then 28th.

I'm 11 weeks 3 days today WHOOHOO! I go for my nuchal screening on Aug. 24 & hope to get a hint as to what I'm having then! I talked to a couple ladies who were told the gender then!! (Not definately, but their guesses were accurate) Wish me Luck!!

Hey girls, I'm not pregnant, I just had my second in April, but I have a question for the ladies having their thirds. I thought it easier to put it here then start a new thread.

So, for those of you having your thirds, how did you know you wnated one? I think I do, but I keep getting told that I should be happy with two. I have two boys, which is fine, I love them, but would love a girl. If we have another boy, I'd be happy as well. Thing is, for us, money is tight, REALLY tight. We currently rent from my mom, she split her hosue into two for us when we lost our house. I just feel like, I'm not done yet. Alot had to do with the fact it was naother boy, and the fact that I didn't need a second c-section, I loved my delivery, even though it was traumatizing, so it wouldnt be for three years or so. I'm just curious how you knew. Having our first was a no brainer, the second took more thought and planning and was hard. I hope if the time for number three comes, we just know.

bwelches...you and I are right around the same amount of weeks...I'm about 5 weeks pregnant, going for an u/s on Tuesday to make sure we see a heartbeat. A little nervous since my m/c in May when we had an u/s and couldn't see a heartbeat. My doctor has been keeping good track of my progress by checking my hcg levels each week and this week they went from 63 to 3462, so that is great news and puts me at ease some. This is our 2nd child...we also do not want to know the sex of the baby until birth. We did that with our first and it was an exciting surprise. I'm calculating my due date to be Aug 19 for now. We went for the US on 12-22 and found out we are having baby boy # 2. I kind of felt that is what we were having but wasn't real sure. We are starting to even things out around here as far as gender goes.

@ MARA04......... Hey hun and congrats on your new edition =-) Well, my DH and I have 3 children. 2 girls ages 4 and 6, and a 10 yr old son. We are TTC #4 atm. I had all unecessary c-sections with my babies, but we are actually planning a VBA3C at home with a midwife with this one (hopefully we will get our BFP soon). Anyway, to answer your question about how we knew we wanted another....We got pregnant with our 1st baby at 15 (delivered at 16), 2nd at 20, and 3rd at 23. DH is 12 years older than me. I thought that because I had already gotten a jump on motherhood so young....as I got older my "maternal clock" wouldn't be ticking. It wasn't until recently that DH and I really began talking about it. He asked me one day " What would you say to having another baby?" At first I thought he was cray....he will be 40 next year, and I'll be 27 Jan 19th. Then as I thought about it over the next few months... I realized that I had always wanted another one, two, or three even. It was just something that I felt....in my heart. It was almost like my heart was craving to be pregnant......yearning. I remember walking through the baby isles in stores, looking online for cute on sale baby items, staying up all night writing down names for the "Just in case we ever did have another one "list. Watching a Baby Story on TLC, and Delivery Me on the Health channel.....then when a few of my friends got pregnant I was always offering to babysit, for free of corse =) That's when it hit me....for the past 3-4 years with all my "obvious" signs listed above... I really wanted one all along, but was so busy with everyday life... I hadn't given it 2 thoughts...not consciencly anyway lol So that brings us here now...we are TTC #4, with a little bit of difficulty, but God has been so gracious to us....our Faith is seeing us through=-) I hope this helped you love=-)
