Ok I know I post a lot....I am 6dpo (hopefully) last night I was sleeping so peacefully and around 3 am I woke up due to major cramps lasting like 5 min or more what can this possibly be

It could be implantation (6-10 dpo), but it could also be your body releasing more hormones or doing it's normal LP thing. It happens. Just think positive!

The progesterone release during your 2WW can cause cramping. I normally start cramping 1 week before I ovulate and continue to cramp off and on until AF comes.

I don't cramp during or before my lp so tho is uncommon to happen and for it to happen at 3am waking me up out my sleep cuz it was to painful so I'm hoping for the best
